i agree, it looks like it's online-only, and the only stated copyright info. pertains to the photographs themselves. plus, it seems like they're using the word "magazine" in their title, so even if it came to anything i think we'd be fine just going by "unseen."
isn't art illegal in australia anyway? i'm sure i read that somewhere.
unseen is a forum where people can create new work and disperse it into the wide world. while it's an ongoing thing, unseen also puts out quarterly publications featuring arts and writing, with each issue having a theme.
the theme for the spring issue is boundaries. send submissions to unseenmag@gmail.com.
